Order cancellation

At SPAD, your satisfaction is our priority. Our goal is to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the most efficient and timely manner.

  • Non-cancellation if the database has been downloaded after purchase.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please send us a message using the Online Form available on the Contact Us page or reach our Customer Service Expert via Live Chat.

Refunds

We allow you to request a full refund for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive the products;
  • any portion of the products you received is undeliverable, out-of-date or disconnected;
  • you receive the wrong products.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • you have downloaded the database after purchase.

Please note that all refund requests must be made within 15 days after purchase. You can do it by sending us a message using the Online Form available on the Contact Us page or reach our Customer Service Expert via Live Chat. The refund process will take within 30 days, but the processing time may take less or more depending on your bank’s process.
